Are you open your round?

Yes, the barn is climate controlled with two zone air conditioning and heating guests are always comfortable

Do you have bathrooms in the barn?

Yes, we have two bathrooms, one for women and one for men

What are your peak season months?

Our peak season months are April, May, June, July, September, October, November, and December

What are your off peak season months?

Our off peak season months are January, February March, July, and August

Can we bring our own alcohol? 
Yes, You can bring your own wine, beer, and champagne, but with serving alcohol per VA law : it must be served with a license, insured Bartender. Caters usually provide bartenders. Open bars do not require a banquet license. Cash bars require a banquet license in Virginia. No shots are allowed.

Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, there is a free parking for 120 spaces. Additional spaces upon request. Valet parking is available at the hourly rate of $35 for up to 6 hours.

Do you have accessible facilities? 
Yes, our barn main floor, (including the veranda, patios) and our greenhouse garden venues, are wheelchair accessible   

How many hours are included in our booking?

You get a full 15 hours total. This includes up to six hours for guests. All guests must leave the property before 11 PM (County ordinance).

Can I bring my pup or cat?

Yes, we love animals and you may include your pup or cat (on leash) to year ceremony.
